When will my order ship?

All orders placed Nov 1–7 will ship between Dec 5 and Dec 20. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your package leaves the Armory.
Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your preorder is locked in. Sizes and shipping addresses can be updated anytime before your order ships — just email support@AOG610.com with your order number.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Preorder pieces are made to order, so we only allow size exchanges within 14 days of delivery (unworn, original condition). Limited colors and capsule items are final sale.
What if production or shipping is delayed?

We’ll email you weekly updates. If delays stretch beyond the promised window, you’ll have the option to keep your preorder or request a refund.
